Owner/Head Coach Ron Moore 8U
Coaching Youth Football for over 16 years!​

Ron Moore, is a 6 foot 6 inches of "tall love" family man, who was born and raised in Dover, DE and graduated from Caesar Rodney High School.
When asked why does he have a youth football team, Coach Ron responded saying "The reason I do this is because I believe in this community, I believe in the kids. I want to provide this avenue so kids can have a great season of great football!" He is looking forward to the endless possibilities as Head Coach for his 16th season.
Coach Ron has lead hundreds of athletes to 12 championship victories! During his tenure, Coach Ron's team has been undefeated several times. He has coaching experience in football, baseball and basketball.
Coach Ron created Kent County Stallions as a program for all of our youth in our area to ensure that it is affordable. Coach Ron's organization goals are to teach the kids the true game of football with integrity and pride!
Head Coach Qaun Harris 10U
Qaun Harris is an alumni of Coach Ron's first championship team. Born and raised in Dover, DE Coach Qaun graduated from Caesar Rodney High School where he won the state championship in 2008. Coach Qaun attended Cheyney University on a football scholarship and is now finishing his degree in Sports Management at Wilmington University.

Coach Qaun is stiving for this team to become successful by getting the kids ready for the next level and to mold them into men.
Head Coach James Kilby 12U
James Kilby Jr. graduated from Dover High School where he played football and was all-state in track.
Coach Kilby attended Lackawanna Junior College in Scranton, PA and played college football there during his tenure. While playing college football Temple University showed great interest in Coach Kilby at that time.
Coach Kilby is currently the Head Coach for Dover High School Freshman Football. He is also the coach for Dover High School's track team. Coach Kilby has been coaching and playing football for 14 years.
